What tools are you using to assess and monitor flood risk? Come discuss and share your methods and questions in a highly interactive event focused on innovation in understanding flood risk. The Global Flood Partnership is a multi-disciplinary group of scientists, operational agencies and flood risk managers focused on developing efficient and effective global flood tools to manage flood risk. This session will develop collaborations and partnerships for global flood forecasting, monitoring and impact assessment to strengthen preparedness and response and to reduce global disaster losses contributing to the goals of the Sendai framework. Participants are invited to not only share cutting-edge developments in this field, but to develop ideas and suggestions for collaborations and products going forward.
