Todd,It was great meeting and talking with you today about sundry things. Thanks for being patient with my babbling.When you said "latent capacity" I remember the report that so influenced me about capacity and how development people too often miss where and how it exists. The authors, Helen Baser and Peter Morgan, say: "Capacity was a potential state. It was elusive and transient. It was about latent as opposed to kinetic energy." Todd~It was great to meet and share a panel with you! Thank you for all the work you are doing. I found what you had to say really interesting--particularly because I am not so familiar with all the new social media--it seems like an untapped resource (that you et. al are currently tapping). I'd really like to stay in touch and I'm interested in going forth with some strategy of the 100-yf-abolition (when I'm back in country)... anyway I'm going to send a friend request so we can communicate via messages or email. Quick question-- I've been asked whether its possible for those who missed the live broadcast of panels to access them on an archive... do you know if the sessions will ever be posted to youtube or some sort? thanks!
