Sebastian Benthall leads the GeoNode project at OpenGeo. With a background in artificial intelligence and statistics, he joined OpenGeo in 2007 as a hacker because of his passion for open source and open data. Before becoming project manager, he developed other collaborative mapping tools and worked on OpenGeo's business development team. He is a core committer to the GeoExt project.
