I have attached info. that I would like to share. I developed the Millions More Movement Disaster Management Program after Katrina. The purpose was to teach at-risk populations disaster management in the inner cities of America. I have attached links to articles I wrote. Some are dated but the program continues without the support of NGO's or grants.
